I decided to have a little fun with some video today so I shot some random bits about how people can make money writing on HubPages. It’s a little abbreviated, but I think it gets the point across.

Ok I got that part ( cuz I do tend to be boring ) or overly wordy sometimes.
My real question is this , how can I know for sure traffic is coming to read my hubs ( blushes -all three of them)….and how exactly is revenue generated.
I opologise beforehand because Im sure this has all been explained but I STILL dont get it.
I really want to write for magazines (cuz I think thdey might pay more but I guess more than anything I just wanna understand if Ive set up my account correctly……

VERY Creative!!!! I just retired as a former English teacher and principal. I have written tons of articles during my career in education (33 years), but it was published in school published newsletters,etc. I would like to make some money from these. I am missing something: How do you actually get the cash??? If I publish some of my articles on a hub, do the advertisers find me, or do I find them? How do they know where to send the $$$? Any help would be appreciated.
I have a few hubs myself and plan to make lots more of them.

Great post full of useful tips! My site is fairly new and I am also having a hard time getting my readers to leave comments. Analytics shows they are coming to the site but I have a feeling “nobody wants to be first”.
